Communities

Creating better places to live work and play.
The Puget Sound region as well as most of Washington State is in a period of
strong economic and population growth. With this growth comes the need to house
new people and new businesses. With those very real needs comes the responsibility
to contribute to maintaining the civic and economic vibrancy and livability that
has made this region attractive in the first place.
As one of YarrowBay's core businesses, YarrowBay Communities has earned an outstanding
reputation for its ability to make strategic land acquisitions, plan for Smart Growth, and work
closely with neighborhoods, civic and environmental groups and local governments to create win-win
solutions.
Our core business is to create communities that enhance their surroundings, protect our natural beauty and that contribute to creating positive responses to the issues that come from the region's growth.
